About Kids Quest, Inc
Kids Quest provides supervised children's entertainment for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Kids Quest offers a variety of the kids’ favorite activities including the most popular, non-violent video and arcade games, the Techno Quest® games stations featuring Wii® and Kinect® games, iPad® stations, a gym with basketball court, the Karaoke Star Stage where kids sing perform their favorite songs on stage.
At most centers, we also feature an indoor play piece with slides and interesting crawl and climb tunnels, quiet play activities and tumbling equipment, the Creation Stations where young artists create a masterpiece souvenir to take home after their visit, our Tiny Tot rooms are especially designed for our youngest guests, and the Quest Café is the perfect spot to relax and have a snack or meal while watching a movie.

Kids Quest Teammates must be ready to actively engage and delight children! Teammates are responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring that a child creates memories that are filled with fun and laughter while under their supervision!
While still playing a big role in the play experience of Kids Quest and Cyber Quest guests, Floor Supervisors are also responsible for maintaining teammate shifts and overseeing child engagement.
Floor Supervisors pass on tasks to support maintenance centers and make sure that all customer service interactions are top notch
Assistant Directors must conduct basic business operations which includes purchasing and inventory review, teammate interviews and orientations, and participation in ongoing staff development.
In addition, Assistant Directors create agendas that are meant to outline and help teams accomplish their goals. They also provide enhanced guest services support and professionally address parents’ questions and concerns.
Center Directors are responsible for overseeing all phases of center operations. Directors ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed by the team, oversee business expenditures, and report a center’s activity to the Corporate Operations Manager for review. They also work to recruit, interview and secure quality staff.
In addition, Directors are responsible for building and maintaining key relations with casino-resort executives. Finally, while Directors serve as team leaders and role models, they also function as a direct line of communication between their host property and the corporate office team.
