Job Summary
To assist customers with prize redemption, game problems, questions about Kids Quest and Cyber Quest, while providing great customer service. Support the goals and objectives of the Cyber Quest management team. Communicate staff and operational concerns to the arcade manager.
Unique Job Requirements
- Wear a Cyber Quest issued vest, and adhere to other uniform guidelines.
- Abide by all Kids Quest and Cyber Quest policies and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-traffic facility.
- Be on time and prepared for the work environment.
- Must wear a headset to boost communications when requested by a superior.
- Ability to work in and promote a team-based environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates and management.
- Must accept delegated assignments by management.
- Enjoy working in an environment where the majority of the population are children.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with guests in a positive and upbeat manner.
- Help customers redeem tickets for prizes by using a cordless scanner.
- Load redemption games with tickets.
- Pick up paper, wrappers, cups, and other materials while on the arcade floor.
- Help stock and organize all redemption prizes.
- Keep redemption displays full, clean, and presentable to customers.
- Learn the operations of a cash drawer, and make daily cash and credit card deposits.
- Be able to follow verbal and written instructions from superiors.
- Complete daily cleaning tasks.
- Be able to stay on your feet for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
- Help maintain security and supervision of the facility.
- Be able to work in and promote a team-based environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates and superiors.
- Must be able to work with and assist unpleasant customers.
- Must accept delegated assignments by superiors.
- Assist in training new employees.

Physical Requirements
- Lift bags of tokens or boxes of prizes up to 50 pounds.
Licensing, Background Checks, and other Certification Requirements
- Employees may be required to be licensed by host property.
- Employees are subject to a background check.
- May be required to pass a substance test, and also be subject to random testing for the duration of employment with Kids Quest.
- CPR and first-aid certifications must be achieved within first 90 days of employment.
- Must possess documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States.
Educational Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
