What is Cyber Quest?

Cyber Quest arcades are refreshing and fill a unique niche in this competitive industry. The arcades are well lit and only offer non-violent games. Players are challenged by the ever-changing high-tech video lineup. Our arcades consistently provide the latest ticket and video games. They feature a wide variety of novelty games offering prizes, such as the cranes, Drill-o-Matic, and Sports Arena. Some of the more popular video games include Jurassic Park, The Lost World, Raptor Captor, Wheel of Fortune, Wheel Deal, Lighthouse, Stacker, Fast and Furious, Wonder Wheel, and Star Trek Voyager. Kids also love to test their skills on redemption games like Titanic, Cyclone, Big Haul, Dozers, Skee-Ball, and Super Shot. The redemption games are skill based, with the chance to win tickets. Tickets can be redeemed for prizes, and we offer a wide variety of them, including popular electronics and plush toys.

What is the cost?

It costs nothing to enter Cyber Quest. All games require tokens that can be purchased for $0.25 each. Games generally require between one and four tokens per credit.

What age groups does Cyber Quest serve?

Cyber Quest serves guests of all ages. An adult must accompany children under 12 years.

What makes Cyber Quest different than other arcades?

Staff members professionally supervise the center; staff is available to assist guests in finding games that are well suited for them.

Can you describe the Quest Club?

Join the Quest Club by registering your Club Card at Cyber Quest and begin earning rewards and benefits. Get 25 free redemption tickets just for joining!

Purchase game credits from a Cyber Quest team member at the redemption counter or at any self-serve kiosk located within the arcade. Purchased credits are stored on your Club Card for easy game play.

Swipe your Club Card at any game to initiate game play. For token-action games, swipe your Club Card at a token machine to acquire tokens.

Cyber Quest can easily access your account in the event your card is lost or stolen. You never lose your accumulated ticket or game credit balances!

How are tickets redeemed?

Count your tickets at any ticket eater located in Cyber Quest. The ticket balances automatically save to your card for quick prize redemption!

Tickets can be used for the purchase of redemption prizes only. To pick out prizes bring your Club Card to the redemption counter and a Cyber Quest team member will help you choose prizes. You can save unused tickets for future visits to win big prizes!

How do I get rewarded for good grades?

Hard work at school gets you rewards at Cyber Quest! Bring in your current report card to receive up to 1,000 FREE game credits! Cyber Quest rewards you for up to 5 letter grades:

A = 100 Credits
B = 50 Credits
C = 25 Credits
