What is Kids Quest?

For more than 20 years Kids Quest, the nation’s largest hourly childcare has been entertaining generations of children (6 weeks through 12 years)* and providing free time for their parents. We keep kids happy with a wide variety of unique experiences that allow them to use their imaginations.Please enjoy this video to get an idea of what Kids Quest is about—you really have to see it to believe it!

What are the qualifications of your team?

Kids Quest teammates are trained and certified in CPR and first aid, as well as in all forms of play based activities to engage your child. There are also mandatory ongoing trainings throughout their employment to supplement and refresh their skills.

Can I stay and play with my kids?

Kids Quest is an hourly children’s child care and entertainment center designed so adults are able to enjoy the resort amenities without the children while they enjoy their own play time. At Sand Bethlehem you can enjoy our new Playtime hours with your child beginning at 10:00 am to 12 Noon.

Do I need a reservation?

Reservations are not required, but pre-registration is offered and suggested. And we do require reservations for birthday parties and group events.

What is there for my child to do?

  • Creative Play – Imaginations are abundant with activities that vary by location with most including the Construction Zone, a Science Center to explore the wonders of nature, home living environments where they interact to recreate daily life, quiet reading area, and many other opportunities to engage and explore.
  • Indoor Play Piece — There are plenty of twists and turns in our floor-to-ceiling maze that challenge kids’ bodies and minds! Both are equally challenged while providing vital entertainment and exercise for hours on end.
  • Techno Quest® Game Kiosks — Children get their game on with the latest kid friendly arcade installments where they can compete to see who scores the highest.
  • Karaoke Star Stage — Our stage is a spotlight for kids to shine! Here they sing together or alone on a glittery platform along with their friends!
  • Quest Cafe — The Quest Café is stocked with tasty snacks, cold beverages, and serves up the perfect place for kids to socialize.
  • Tiny Tots — A play environment with soft climbing zones for youngsters that encourages sensory stimulation, interactive play, and socialization.
  • The Gym — Muscles get moving and organized games provide an athletic arena where kids can enjoy their favorite sports and physical activities.
  • iPad® Stations — Over 100 games and apps give kids the perfect tech platform to explore and play on their own or in competition with others.
  • Wii® Arena — Wii® games get kids moving with the latest in virtual sports, exploration, races, and more! Don’t forget to check out our unique take on Nintendo® Kinect and PlayStation® 3 too.
  • Arts and Crafts — Kids can experiment with creative supplies that allow individual expression through drawing, painting, and whatever colorful crafts they dream up. Activities vary by center.

What if my child becomes sick or injured?

Ensure that there is an emergency contact number on your child’s record upon check-in.

Can I bring in outside treats?

We do not allow outside food at our centers. If you have questions regarding special dietary needs related to your child, please contact our center staff directly.

Do you offer food/snacks?

Meals and snacks are available for purchase in our Quest Café. Parents have the option at check in to note which food items their child is allowed to have as a treat.

Preparing for your visit

Do I need to bring anything for my child?

Nothing but their imagination and the desire to have a fantastic time! They will need comfortable clothing. Kids Quest is a shoe-free environment that requires they wear socks while in the center. Socks are always available for purchase should you forget.

What is the check-in/check-out process at Kids Quest?

On your first visit you will be asked for essential information regarding pertinent health and allergies**, personal photo identification, email address, gaming card information, emergency contact(s), and café spending allowance. Once your child is in our system, a Kids Quest team member will safely escort them to the play floor and their adventure will begin. You and your child will be issued matching bar-coded stickers that must be verified during the check-out process.

What if my child has a food allergy?

Do you accommodate special diets? Please notify our team members upon check-in if your child has an allergy. There are a variety of food options but we can’t assure that there will be items to fit your child’s dietary needs.

What ages of children are allowed to visit Kids Quest?

Kids Quest cares for children between the ages of 6 weeks through 12 years of age*. Our “Tiny Tots” room is specifically designed for children from 6 weeks to 30 months, and our “Main Floor” is for children from 30 months to 12 years of age. All interest areas and activities are age appropriate. Looking for something for the tween or teen? Visit our Cyber Quest locations. These family-friendly arcades are open to all ages.

What do I need to register?

You will need a form of photo identification to check your child in and out of our facility. If it is your first visit, you can pre-register at to streamline the process.

What do I need for my infant?

Parents are asked to provide diapers, formula, and any food for infants. We have diapers for all ages at a nominal cost and toddler friendly food available for purchase in our Quest Cafe.

Hours & Pricing

What are your hours?

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays! Hours will vary by location, with some adjustment for seasonal hours. Click here to choose a location for hours of operation.

What does Kids Quest charge for services?

Our hourly fees vary by location wand age of your children. Select the location you would like to visit to determine rates.

What is included in the hourly price?

All of the games and activity areas in the center are included in the hourly fee including karaoke, large playing structure, dramatic play, video games and more! Snacks, refreshments, and meals are available at our Quest Café for an additional charge.

Is there a time on how long my child can stay?

Kids Quest is located throughout the country and complies to all local and state regulations accordingly. Please call your center directly before your visit for more information.

Is there a discount for multiple kids?

Currently we offer the Loyalty Rewards program as a great way to accumulate free time at Kids Quest. Hours are accrued for all children checked in to Kids Quest, on the same record. Example: Adult care giver checks in three (3) children for four (4) hours at Kids Quest, for a total of 12 hours accrued. Only three hours to go for one FREE hour of care.

Parties, Groups & Field Trips

Do you host birthday parties?

Yes we do! Kids Quest hosts parties that are easy for parents and fun for kids! We have a team in place at each center with experience to create a party that will be a lasting memory of your child’s special day!

What if I need to cancel a reservation?

Kids Quest only takes reservations for birthday parties at this time.

Do you have discounts to field trip groups?

Yes we do! We offer discount for multiple kids. Please contact the specific Kids Quest center location for assistance booking your event.

Loyalty Rewards

Do you have a Rewards program?

Yes, every guest can participate in the Loyalty Rewards program. All you have to do is enroll by simply providing a valid email and gaming card number to have on file. Once you enroll, you can begin accruing hours. For every 15 hours, a free hour of time is earned at Kids Quest.

Does it cost anything to join the Loyalty Rewards program?

No, our program is absolutely free to join. You simply just need a valid gaming card and email address on file. Every hour your child spends at Kids Quest is counted towards your FREE hour.

Are there any other benefits to the Loyalty Rewards program?

Besides earning a FREE hour of play after you accumulate 15 hours of paid. You will be eligible for deals and offers through the program. Also, be the first to know about exclusive center and community events.

Kids Quest Policies

Kansas City: Kids Quest is a licensed facility. Per licensing, the State of Missouri requires Kids Quest to have a copy of your child's immunization records on file. Please bring a copy of your records, and provide to a Kids Quest team member upon check-in.*(*Accepted immunization documentation includes the following; a health statement, certificate or record from recognized health facility stating that the required immunization has been given to the admitted child(ren).)

Las Vegas: Kids Quest is licensed facility. Per licensing, the State of Nevada requires Kids Quest to have a copy of each child's immunization records on file for your visit. Accepted documentation includes; record from public or private school, other documentation from local health office, or posted on Nevada WebIZ.*
