Kids Quest and Cyber Quest take pride in hiring professionals with playful and engaging personalities who enjoy working with children and families. Our centers provide an environment that allows for creativity and fun to flow freely between our guests and our employees. Are you the next amazing person to be chosen to join our team?
Become a Star With Us!
Attention video game all-stars, face painters, karaoke queens, prize-redeeming gurus and silly souls – we need you! Kids Quest and Cyber Quest is always looking to hire teammates who are able to play on weekdays and nights, and to entertain guests at themed events and birthday parties. In addition to that, when you work specific hours on certain holidays, you are eligible for a nice bonus—additional hourly pay. Cha-Ching!
A Company with Heart
Kids Quest and Cyber Quest and the members of our team are passionate about giving back to the community! For example, we ask children to use their creativity to design and write cards to those in nursing homes and hospice, and make blankets for local humane societies. Teammates have also delivered baskets and gifts to those in need and participated in fulfilling Make-a-Wish Foundation requests. In addition to that, members of our corporate team spend a week each summer and a week each winter bringing local families clothing, toys and curriculum. By joining our company, you will not only be working in the centers, but making a difference in the lives of others!
Find the Role that Fits
Kids Quest and Cyber Quest teammates must be ready to actively engage and delight children and adults alike. At Kids Quest and Cyber Quest we are ALL about the guest experience. As a teammate you are responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by ensuring the children create fun-filled memories while playing at Kids Quest, or by interacting with arcade guests and assisting them with prize redemption at Cyber Quest.
While still playing a big role in the guest experience at Kids Quest and Cyber Quest, Supervisors are also responsible for maintaining teammate shifts and overseeing child engagement. Supervisors are required to model professional behavior and actively mentor new team members so that all guest service is consistently top notch. Supervisors also make assessments in regard to center maintenance and ensure that necessary repairs are reported and completed in a timely manner.
As an Assistant Director you will be responsible for conducting basic business operations. This includes the purchase and review of inventory, interviewing potential teammates, hosting orientation, and participating in the ongoing evaluation and development of your team. Assistant Directors will also help their Director create agendas for team meetings that are meant to outline and help staff members accomplish their goals. As a leader, you will help set the tone for guest experience and answer parent questions in a caring and compassionate manner. Assistant Directors at Kids Quest are also privileged to be in ratio, mentor new teammates, entertain guests in the Cyber Quest arcade, and best of all, get paid to play.
Center Directors are responsible for overseeing all phases of center operations along with building an accomplished and effective team. They are responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and securing quality employees who are great playmakers! As a Center Director, duties include creating and following a budget, overseeing business expenditures, effectively scheduling shifts to accommodate business trends, and reporting center activity. Directors are also responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with casino-resort executives and function as the direct line of communication between their host property and the corporate office team. Finally, Directors also have the privilege to be included in ratio, observe employee performance, and model how to have a whole lot of fun on the Kids Quest play floor, or inside a Cyber Quest arcade.
