How do I buy a Kids Quest gift card?
Gift cards are sold in person at any Kids Quest location nationwide. Businesses and groups can also place bulk orders through our corporate office.
What amounts are available?
Gift cards are available in amounts from $15, $25, $50, $100 and up.
How can I pay for a gift card?
With cash or a major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). Gift cards can’t be purchased with casino comps or points.
Can I order gift cards online?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer eGift Card purchases. Guests can purchase gift cards from any Kids Quest location nationwide.
Does Kids Quest offer corporate or bulk gift card orders?
Yes, Kids Quest offers bulk orders of physical gift cards. There’s no minimum, so order as many or as few as you’d like. You can place bulk orders through our corporate office by calling 1-800-941-1007 and asking for the marketing department.
How do I reload a gift card?
Visit any Kids Quest center in person to reload your card.
How do I check my balance?
Check your balance online at getyourbalance.com.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Kids Quest gift cards never expire, and there are never any fees.
Can I return or exchange a gift card?
No. All gift card sales are final.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
Kids Quest isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unregistered gift cards, so keep yours somewhere safe.
