SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your wireless carrier’s Message and Data Rates may apply to SMS correspondence. Kids Quest / Cyber Quest does not charge for any content, however, downloadable content may incur additional charges from your wireless carrier. You are solely responsible for any fees, including web access and/or data or text message charges that may be billed by your wireless carrier based on your individual plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan. Your carrier may impose message or charge limitations on your account that are out of our control. All charges are billed by and payable to your wireless carrier.

  • KQCQ does not charge for receiving or sending text messages to 58901.
  • KQCQ is not responsible for delays upon receiving text messages.
  • By enrolling in the program, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have the account holder’s permission to do so.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age or older to participate in Kids Quest / Cyber Quests’ SMS campaign.
  • You may sign up online or text QUEST to 58901 to receive our promotional and event text messages.
  • Message frequency will vary.
  • You may opt-out at any time by sending STOP to 58901.
  • For Help, call 800-941-1007, send an email to contact@kidsquest.com, or text HELP to 58901.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages​.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
