Kids Quest attempts to encourage children to consult with their parents before furnishing data. We do not seek to specifically acquire information from children under the age of 18 on the Kids Quest website.

Please allow our team at least 60 days to respond to your request. Some requests may take up to 90 days. Please understand that we are unable to respond to more than two requests in any 12-month period.

Nevada Residents

As a Nevada resident, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your information even if your information is not sold to third parties. Kids Quest does not sell any personal information to third parties nor does it have any plans to sell the information in the future. For information on how to opt-out or request deletion, please refer to the “User Access and Opt-Out Policies” section of this policy. In the event you decide you to invoke your right to opt-out, please email your request specifying that you would like to opt-out of the sale of personal information in Nevada to socialmedia@kidsquest.com. Please allow our team a minimum of 60 days for a response.

Geo-Location Data

Our website requests access to your device’s location only when you choose “Use my current location” to find a nearby Kids Quest or Cyber Quest. Your location is used within your browser to list the nearest locations and is not stored by us. You can also search by city, state, resort or ZIP code instead. For most mobile devices, you are able to withdraw your permission for us to acquire this information on your location through the device settings. If you have questions about how to disable your mobile device’s location services, we recommend you contact your mobile device provider or the device manufacturer.

Service Providers

We may provide your personal information to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as hosting our website, shipping products, processing payments, answering questions through our website chatbot, or offering customer service features such as party/event booking. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only to the extent necessary to provide these services to us.

Out of respect for your privacy, you may choose to stop receiving our marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails. We do send transactional emails when processing registration and party orders and responding back to your feedback/questions. You may not opt-out of these emails as they are not promotional in nature.

You can limit advertising based on your visits to our website through Google’s ad settings (adssettings.google.com) and Meta’s ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features of our website may not work as intended without them.

Surveys

We may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests, surveys or sweepstakes on our site. If you participate, we will retain certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these contests, surveys or sweepstakes is completely voluntary and you, therefore, have a choice whether or not to disclose this information.

We use any information collected from these contests, surveys or sweepstakes to notify contest winners and award prizes, to monitor site traffic or personalize the site, to send participants an email newsletter, or contact if there are issues.

Tracking Technologies

Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts are used to provide customer support services. These technologies are also used to improve the user experience completing forms for the registration process, tracking behaviors so that we can provide relevant messaging, improving the overall experience, tracking users’ movements around the site, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Our website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which measures how visitors use our website; Google Ads tags, which measure which advertisements lead to visits, calls, pre-registrations and party bookings and let us show our advertisements to people who have visited our website; and the Meta pixel, which does the same for our Facebook and Instagram advertisements. These services may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit, the links you click, the location and brand of the center you are viewing, whether you completed a pre-registration or other form, your IP address and your device and browser type. They do not receive the information you type into our forms. When you arrive from an advertisement, the advertisement and campaign identifiers in the link are saved with any pre-registration you complete.

Our website also offers an accessibility toolbar provided by UserWay, which may set cookies to remember the accessibility settings you choose, and plays videos from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, which loads only when you press play.

As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Website Chatbot

Our website chatbot, the Kids Quest Helper, answers questions using information published on this website. When you use it, the questions you type and the chatbot’s replies are saved for up to 90 days so we can review and improve our answers, and are then deleted. The chatbot is powered by an outside artificial intelligence service, OpenAI, which processes your messages to write its replies.

Please don’t enter personal information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment details in the chatbot. It can’t take reservations, payments or personal details; for those, call your location or contact us.

SMS Terms and Conditions

Your wireless carrier’s Message and Data Rates may apply to SMS correspondence. Kids Quest / Cyber Quest does not charge for any content, however, downloadable content may incur additional charges from your wireless carrier. You are solely responsible for any fees, including web access and/or data or text message charges that may be billed by your wireless carrier based on your individual plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan. Your carrier may impose message or charge limitations on your account that are out of our control. All charges are billed by and payable to your wireless carrier.

• KQCQ does not charge for receiving or sending text messages to 58901.
• KQCQ is not responsible for delays upon receiving text messages.
• By enrolling in the program, you certify that A) you are the account holder or B) have the account holder’s permission to do so.
• You must be at least 13 years of age or older to participate in Kids Quest / Cyber Quests’ SMS campaign.
• You may sign up online or text QUEST to 58901 to receive our promotional and event text messages.
• Message frequency will vary.
• You may opt-out at any time by sending STOP to 58901.
