Our Story

From our beginning, company owners Bill and Sue Dunkley set out to create a children’s entertainment venue unlike any other. Driven by bold ideas and boundless imagination, the Dunkley family envisioned an environment that delivered the ultimate entertainment experience for children—one built on the highest-quality equipment and brought to life by an enthusiastic team skilled in child engagement and the art of play.

That vision became reality in 1992 with the opening of the first Kids Quest. Designed to be both fun and safe, Kids Quest quickly established itself as a trusted destination where children could explore, play, and create memories under the care of trained, attentive staff while parents enjoy our resort partner’s amenities.

Building on that success, Bill and Sue founded Cyber Quest in 1996. From its inception, Cyber Quest was intentionally designed to offer arcade entertainment free of violent game content and welcome a broad range of guests. Its vibrant, energetic atmosphere features skill-based games that entertain and challenge players of all ages. Equally important, Cyber Quest team members are known for their high level of guest engagement and ongoing interaction, ensuring memorable experiences.
