Health Advisory | Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)

Health Advisory

Our top priority will always be the health and safety of our employees, our guests, and the children entrusted to our care. You may have questions about our response plan to the global outbreak, so we want to take a moment to share an update with you.

Before you visit, be advised that you will be required to stop at our temperature check station. If your temperature reading exceeds 100.4 – you or your child will be denied entry. This is to ensure we are providing a safe play environment for our employees and guests. Hand washing will also be required before you and/or your child will be able to play. Our employees have increased cleaning within our centers and will be closing off areas of the center rotationally to ensure frequently touched surfaces are properly disinfected. Our center will be operating at a reduced capacity in order to support social distancing. Lastly, facial masks will be required for guests above a certain age at most of our center locations, please refer to your center location’s webpage for specific details on this. However, it is highly encouraged everyone wears a face covering while on the property. If you have questions regarding health and safety at Kids Quest or Cyber Quest please call your center directly. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

As you may know, the coronavirus (“COVID-19”) is a highly contagious and transmittable disease. For more information regarding COVID-19, please visit www.CDC.gov. While Kids Quest and Cyber Quest have implemented enhanced health and safety measures in accordance with CDC guidelines, as well as applicable state and local health authority’ guidelines, it is still possible to become exposed. By visiting, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure. In addition, you hereby agree to indemnify and release Kids Quest and Cyber Quest, its parent and its subsidiaries (if any), and the casino and its parent and subsidiaries (if any), from any allegation, claim, or litigation relating to COVID-19, including, but not limited to, causation, exposure and/or any other assertion that would infer that Kids Quest and/or Cyber Quest is liable.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are sorry that your Kids Quest experience was disappointing for you and your family. Our immunization policy reflects a mandate for child care providers by the state of Nevada.

I tried checking my daughters in and I was informed I needed their immunization cards because it’s been 15 days since the last time we came. It’s been over a month that we visited and Not once was I informed I needed to bring their immunization card with me. My family and I vacation at the red rock often and to receive this kind of rejection, is ridiculous!!! My kids love visiting here and the kids quest. After what happened, my family and I would never come vacation here again! I was also told it says in the website that they need an immunization card if it’s been less than 15 days, the last time we visited was a little over a month and was still rejected!. I would make sure family and friends don’t visit this place in the future!! So disappointed!!

We are working with the property to see when we may be able to reopen our Ho Chunk Gaming location. When a date is determined, it will be posted on our website and social channels. We hope to serve you and your family very soon!

Do you have any estimates when the Ho-Chunk location will reopen? Want to make hotel reservations, but will not be traveling there if no KidsQuest.

Thank you for your post and supporting our business. Your input is important to us, and we value guest opinions and ideas. The casino resort is indeed located on Tribal land, which is why we must defer to our host property ownership, the Prairie Island Indian Community, to make decisions about reopening our center during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are currently awaiting their direction regarding the provision of child care services at Treasure Island. As a loyal Kids Quest family, the best course of action for you would be to contact casino management and express your thoughts. We truly appreciate your patronage and look forward to seeing your family as soon as possible--in fact, nothing we would make us happier!

This makes no sense that kids quest is closed. Kids in effect have almost no adverse reaction to nor contact or spread this covid 19. There are the utmost safe and least at risk from this situation. I feel you are making a mistake and losing business by keeping kids quest closed. If you can open the casino where in that setting you have the most at risk hence high numbers of senior citizens = (high risk) smokers = (higher risk) and dont have factual data to say for certain but i will assume many of the above 60yr customers i will assume have underlining health conditions which make them (very high risk). On a personal note i believe your facility should be open to anyone and everyone who wishes to come. The have free will and know the risk. And can choose not to patron your establishment if they so choose. Back to kids quest my wife and i want to come and enjoy a few hrs at your casino. And see absolutely no reason that the absolute Lowest risk people. (Children) are not able to enjoy your kids quests ammenities. Please use common sense in these manners and know the facts. Which are very clear. Kids are not at risk from this ridiculous virus. And the politics of the matter are hurting businesses like yours and many others. I may be wrong but i thought being on a reservation gave your establishment some alternative ways to handle such matters. I don't think governor walls can come shut you down for having kids quest open. Stand up for your and ours freedoms and liberties and take a stand. I would like to come to tbe resort soon. But need kids quest available. Im sure Im not the only one wishing a well respected establishment would take a stand and do the right thing. I feel perfectly safe with my kids spending a few hours in kids quest. Thank you.

Hello, We are still operating on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not requiring reservations and would highly recommend contacting the center directly to understand capacity before you visit.

Since you will limit the amount of children due to health concerns, are we able to make a reservation in advance?
